Commission and Repair Info

  • This is first come, first served with limited availability.

  • All of my commissions are original designs starting from a pencil sketch. For this reason I ask that you submit your request with ample time from any deadline (2+ months).

  • Please include in the description where you intend to hang the piece- will it be indoors, outdoors, how much sun exposure, or is it architectural (fitting over a window pane).

  • Please consider, and tell me how large you want your piece to be, as it will greatly impact the design and detailing.

  • I strive to be as communicative as I can during commissions. I will send a final sketch to be confirmed by you before starting glass work. Note that while commissions are a collaborative process, the final piece will reflect my artistic perspective- I reserve the right to decline a request on creative differences and will gladly direct you to other great artists!

  • Pricing is dependent on several factors: the size, amount of glass used/# of pieces, and time spent. A general rule is $150/sq ft OR $10/piece of glass- this is subject to vary, dependent on the request. I will respond to your submission with a rough estimate and will confirm the price with the final sketch. Having a budget in mind will also greatly help me as an artist when designing your custom piece!

  • For repairs: There is a limit on what I am personally able to fix. I can do repair work on pieces up to ~2 sq ft. Due to the handmade nature of stained glass, not all colors will be able to be matched over time -I will make my greatest effort to find and replicate the original color, but there will likely be a shift. I request that you send photos of the damaged piece (at least 2- front & back).

  • If you need a repair on a piece you purchased from me, I can do so at the same rate as all other repairs.
